Sumair has a Bachelors in Kinesiology and a Masters in Exercise Physiology from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also the co-host of a thriving health and wellness Podcast called “The Wellbeing Podcast”. For the past 12 years , he has trained and successfully transformed the lives of individuals wanting to excel in every day life, Federal Jobs, Sports, recover from injuries, and become the most optimal functioning human possible. Through his own experience, he has developed a style of Whole-istic Strength and Conditioning that precedes from a foundation of wellness. From here, the body is truly given an opportunity to push the confines of genetics and enter the true human potentials we all possess.
